Subscription Terms of Service

Please read these Subscription Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the subscription services offered by Masami Yamate (“I”, “me”, or “my”) through the mobile application (the “Service”).

By subscribing to the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not subscribe to the Service.

Subscription Plans

The Service offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features. The specific features, pricing, and duration of each subscription plan are displayed within the app at the time of purchase.

Billing and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or annually, depending on the plan you select).
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you may use the Service free of charge during the trial period. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically begin, and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store account settings.
• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the subscription features until the end of that period.
• No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods or unused portions of a subscription.

Refund Policy

• All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• For refund requests, please contact Apple App Store directly, as they handle all payment processing.

Changes to Subscription Pricing

I reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If the price of a subscription increases, you will be notified in advance and given the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.

Modifications to the Service

I reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. I shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Termination

I may terminate or suspend your subscription immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. I make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service’s reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall I be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, I will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
